Scope of Work
Study the batch and glass composition and recommend optimum composition for cosmetic glass
Study the thermal energy consumption and suggest ways to reduce it to 1100 kcal/ kg of glass
Study the color variations in glass and bring it to stable condition
Optimise the thermal energy consumption by heating and cooling
Study and minimise the glass related defects like bubble, blisters, seeds,checks
Improve thermal homogeneity of glass to +97% levels in all forehearths
Improve the seed counts below 20 seeds /100 gms of glass
