Reconstruction of container glass production line at HNGIL Nashik

Capex Project Monitoring Consultant would have an overarching objective of comprehensively managing project monitoring activities during Procurement Phase, Lead Phase, Installation Phase.

Scope of Work

Preparation of CAPEX budget along with Client technical team for rebuilding of plant, furnace, repair. Replacement of affected machineries including start-up and commissioning of entire plant and machineries.
Work with Client’s project/engineering teams to ensure all costs (fabrication, installation, transportation, finance costs etc.) are incorporated in the capex budget.
Provide assistance to the HNG team to explore the possibility to reduce the overall project cost vis-a-viz the current estimates.
Provide procurement assistance in terms of selection of various packages vendor for civil, structure, engineering work and refractory suppliers.
Review vendor contracts: Contractual clauses, delivery timelines
Review project plan for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the furnace, machines & equipment.
Understand, review and document the capex payment approval process wherein, Capex payments shall be inspected and reviewed by monitoring agency against the detailed budget/activity chart.
Track on weekly basis actual progress on site with planned progress of the project and determine slack, delays and root causes, remedial measures along with Client’s Project Team.
Once the capex is fully executed, compile the final completion certificates approved from plant head, project head, Corporate Audit team, statutory authorities and external independent authorities. Review achievement of all the final completion certificates with respect to planned schedule under Project, Completion Report.
